Modern flat - apartament nou aproape de Spital și Aeroport

Location, self check in, aircon.

The apartment looks good in the pictures but disappointing in real life, we did not like the following: 1. Cheap furnishings and painting, doors and some furniture were sprayed over with cheap spray painting that started to go away. Also some paint went over the edges of the bathroom door. 2. The sofa is not a sofa bed, as advertised, not suitable for anyone over the age of 10-12 and is very uncomfortable. 3. There is no allocated or free parking around, we were advised to use the patient/ staff parking at the eye clinic next door, which we did at our own risk, the apartment should not be advertised with free parking. 4. The smell in the bathroom was horrible, it was quite hard to use the bathroom at all. 5. The apartment is quite dirty, especially the bathroom. There was dirt and a razor lying around on the floor at the side of the bathtub and the shower curtain was gross / very dirty. It did not look as someone had cleaned the bathroom recently. 6. There are limited facilities for self catering, hard to prepare a coffee of something to eat. 7. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. 8. The apartment is advertised a new build or recently renovated, this is certainly not the case.

Nice apartment, very cozy and fully equipped. Good location too. It got really hot during the day but the aircon worked and within minutes the flat was at 19°C
