NLThe contact with the owner was super nice. Very friendly and helpful, also offering fresh towels without asking and responding quickly each time. When we needed an iron we got one immediately. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was also walking distance from the centre (10-15min).We really loved the vibe.
The windows were hard to open and close (old) which made us afraid we might accidentally break them in the process. Also the shower was a bit small for me and since I weigh almost 100kg the bed was much too soft for me, lastly some of the cosy extra lamps did not work. These were all minor things that did not really bother us and I am sure the owner would have helped if we had asked :)

NZVery warm. Compact space with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and eating. Lots of blankets. Easy walking distance to train station and shops. Allowed to stay an extra hour until our train departure, which was appreciated (it was -16°C outside!).
Shower was very slow to drain.
USGreat location to train station, cozy, well-appointed. Anna was very nice and accommodating!
