Balcony was good and air-conditioned and beds comfortable and staff where great with helping me and swapped towels and never complained when needed new ones with the storm that hit

Budget room for a low price when I couldn't find anything else to match in Da Nang at the same dates. The location is great, right in the center of the touristy area and a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff are really friendly and happy to help.

The facilities are all a bit dilapidated, it seems like an old hotel that is in need of some maintenance and refurbishing. The mattress was not very comfortable. Cleaning could also be a bit improved.
