The apartment was centrally located according to our preferences. The security was very good, so we felt safe when in the apartment.

1. Ad stated that there was a tumble dryer, which was critical for a family of 4 in winter. No tumble dryer upon arrival and told to use the clothes horse which was broken. 2. The apartment was FILTHY. I had to ask for the cleaners to use a mop and a vacuum, which never arrived. Had the mats removed as they were toxic and dirty. 3. crockery and cutlery were in poor shape! chipped an unusable. 4. Cleaning cost R800 per visit, not included in costs, cleaning was very poorly done. Aimee was impossible to work with - we struggled to get her to understand that we needed daily cleaning done! 5 Not light in bathroom for 4 days, if something went wrong after hours or on weekends, you are on your own!! Internet went down, electricity went down. Clearly no cleaning or inspections before we arrived. the aesthetics were their priority, but underneath the place was toxic, filthy. 6. Ironing board was broken in 2 pieces, waited 10 days for a replacement. Evidence that there are no inspections. I spoke with other property managers and was told that this experience was unique to the WeManage crew. I will stay with Urban elephant in future. Also, the place smelled of weed all day long!! Not great if you have children!! Overall support from WeManage was terrible!! What a shocker!!

In town proximity to the office is supreme for us, excellent dining options in the area, Uber cars camp very near to this place. Highly recommended
