GBThis was the perfect base for us whilst visiting Gili Air for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as cool thanks to the air con, and having the pool to cool off in was perfect. Beautiful shops right by the entrance to the complex and restaurants / cafes / yoga within easy walking distance. Umbrellas provided for when the occasional downpour hit. Breakfast was simple but a nice bonus with a number of options available, and delivered to the villa at a time of our choice. But the real highlight of this place is Ziva, the host. He couldn’t do enough for us and was eagerly waiting no matter what time we were passing through. He leapt to his feet to check if we needed anything even if he had been mid conversation, he patiently organised our breakfast orders every day, he was easily contactable via WhatsApp, he let us into the villa when others were out with the keys, he contacted the laundry to ask them to prioritise our clothes when we had to check out earlier than expected and on the last day he personally brought all our luggage down to the harbour on his scooter - I’m talking a suitcase and two BIG rucksacks. He made our stay unforgettable.
The sun loungers were a bit worn / tired looking. The bidet water pressure in one of the bathrooms wasn’t great and we had to ask for the bins + towels to be changed after the room had already been cleaned (but it was sorted straight away without any issue). The only sitting area for the 2 bedroom villa is outside. This was fine for us but may not be suitable for families. Also be aware that two bedrooms also don’t connect in any way - they are standalone rooms each with their own outdoor bathroom, and doors that open out onto the pool area. Probably not suitable if you intend to have adults in one room and young children in the other.

PTA villa é espetacular! Onde podemos recarregar energias. Praticamente estava perto de quase todos os pontos turísticos, com as bicicletas incluídas, as deslocações tornam-se fáceis e rápidas. Funcionários muitos simpáticos e prontos para ajudar naquilo que necessitamos. Sem dúvida, se um dia voltar, já sei aonde ficar!

AUAmazing modern villas, with attention to detail, rooms are furnished beautifully, zoned Bluetooth speakers, hot water, cold aircon and comfortable beds, located close to town, in a beautiful section of town (looks stunning and the roads are fantastic). Quiet and relaxing, we loved the villa and the location. Delicious juices and breakfasts, welcoming friendly staff
Extreme markup on tours, best to book direct. Hot water in one of the villas wasn't working but the second room had hot water. The staff tried to resolve tho and were fantastic
