Cardiff Central Home Sleeps 11

Good sized house with comfortable beds. Great for a night with friends away.

Parking outside is a bit tricky. Got a bit cold in the night due to the heating being on a timer but didn't affect the stay at all.

It was comfortable and accommodating.

Couldn’t find anything to dislike about the property.

The property was filthy. Beds hadn’t been changed & dirty knickers from a previous guest left in one of the beds. White stains on a lot of the sheets which I dread to think what they might be. There were pubic hairs in all the showers. Toothpaste on the sinks. Faeces in toilet bowl & dried urine on seats. The kitchen cloth absolute stank & had little fruit flies all over it. There was a dirty nappy just left in garden & 5 of the guests all had bites in the morning from the beds. In rows of 3 also which is indicative of bed bugs. Absolutely shocking. When I contacted their team I was told to leave immediately & if we didn’t we would be escorted Out.

Most appliances are broken, there were two bathrooms and one was not in use so we could not use which isn’t convenient for a large group of people. The bathroom door is also broken meaning lack of privacy for users. House isn’t very clean either.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay. We spent 560€ on one night to stay. We waited two hours for towels to be delivered and when they arrived they were still wet from being washed. Although the messaging response to and fro with the owner was quick, the service was extremely slow getting our towels. The outside path into the apartment was extremely dirty and unappealing. The host was very apologetic on the day and promised some sort of refund however, since checking out, have not heard or received a response from them since. Very dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs!

It was a nice place in a bad location. Not their fault, but the area is ROUGH. The property is obviously finished with the intention of getting in large groups and it serves that purpose well. The property owners were very nice and helpful when we had trouble accessing the property. Great communication before and after our stay.

Some parts of the refurb were obviously not done well and the bathroom door was virtually hanging off. Poorly finished and the shower was badly put together. It all worked fine, but not sure how much longer this house will function as expected. The lockboxes for the keys were extremely temperamental and the lock on the door was stiff and difficult to open.

Nice property for a group booking. A little further out than expected, but that was my error.
