Almost brand new apartment with very nice finish and plenty of space. Perfect location and excellent short break

Shower wasn’t working properly

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cosy. Location is excellent, just bellow the ski slope. Unfortunately for us the slope and the ski park was closed due to lack of snow. But that's something nobody can predict. We travelled for an hour to higher ground ie Rohace. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and won't hesitate to book again if we come back. We didn't get time to test the sauna. Kids loved the smart tv as they could watch all their favorite Netlix and Disney+ programmes. Husband was very impressed with the WiFi speed.

We can't say we dislike something. We just suggest couple of improvements - few more basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee to start with. Toaster would be very welcome for breakfast. More tea towels than one would be handy. More toilet paper for a family of four for a week. Also a clothes airer for drying ski gear would be very useful (instead of hanging it over all chairs and banister and any other possible place). House number would help with locating of the property the first day.. These are minor things that will perfect this place to the highest standard.

Overall level of the interior.

A small minuses were: Although Sauna was listed and mentioned - it was locked. So no using of sauna. And also there is no real ambient lighting in the bedrooms only strong sharp lights. I think that detail could be improved. Also regarding cofee machine - there is a french press and a Tchibo capsule machine - but it is a quite small chance that you bring the right capsules. I would prefer an automatic cofee machine which grinds coffee - that used to be a part of apartment equipments in better apartments.
