My card was initially charged for the stay, however, when the guests got to the hotel, they claimed that they had not gotten the payment and insisted on collecting cash again before they were allowed to check in. Till now, the money that was held from the card has not been released. However, the lady at the reception Ms Ellther was very helpful all through the process and also through the stay. Kudos to her.

We had an exceptional reception from Elther, a very good host. She looked after our needs and made us feel very comfortable.
