Месторасположение - супер. Все самые интересные места центра города в пешей доступности. Метро, автобус - все рядом. Квартира хоть и маленькая , но чистая. Хозяева старались все предусмотреть. В общем квартира норм для краткосрочного отпуска

Кровать была сломана и нам пришлось спать на диване. Диван занимал много места в этой маленькой квартире. Квартира расположена на крыше и там строители делали ремонт . Балкона как такогого нет, это место возле входной двери на площадке.

La ubicación es genial, estás a un paso de todo.

La limpieza es bastante mejorable, había bastantes telarañas en los techos, polvo en las ventanas... por otra parte el ascensor no funciona y hay que subir 4 pisos (a tener en cuenta si tienes movilidad reducida). El edificio está en obras lo cual significa que a las 8 am tienes a los obreros haciendo bastante ruido. Por otra parte, la terraza que se ve en las fotos no es privada, sino compartida con la casa de al lado y dejaba bastante que desear. Por último, el pestillo de la puerta de entrada no funciona por lo que tienes que cerrar siempre con llave.

Расположение очень хорошее. Прямо в центре. Рядом была Базилика, парк, До набережной пешком 5 минут. Рядом кафе, рестораны, метро, магазины

Не работал лифт! Ничего не было сказано, что в доме проходит ремонт, Строители возводили целый этаж на этом доме и работали каждый день,, благо я не был днем дома.

The ease of getting our keys for the apartment and leaving them back using a lockbox was perfect- made for no stress of travelling. The location was brilliant, so close to many popular bars and great restaurants. The place was clean and had all working facilities with a comfortable bed. Would highly recommend

There was construction work going on during weekdays which was a surprise and quite noisy however we stayed over the weekend so it only affected us for a couple of days. I also appreciate that the construction work is only temporary.

Very comfortable clean apartment . Extremely quiet and peaceful even though it is very central in the city and close to all shops bars and restaurants.
