The hotel receptionists were friendly and explained everything clearly. The bed, pillows and rooms were comfy. We like the option of the fan in the room and air con so that we can choose which one to use. Staff were quick to assist with our luggage to our rooms and also when checking out.

Breakfast is not worth it. Better not pay for it. The split level between the bathroom and room is very annoying. We kept tripping over it. If you don’t have bell service, don’t make it an option on the list of phone numbers in the room. Driving up the spiral ramp to get to parking is very dizzy. The ramp is very small so you have to be careful if you drive a big car. The lights in the parking area are a bit dark. Every time you want to go out from parking, you have to validate it first at the receptionist which is quite tedious as we went out several times a day. Tv reception is terrible so we can’t really watch anything. No shampoo and conditioner given. No toothbrush and toothpaste given either. Not sure if they have room service as there’s no menu in the room (although there’s a number for it on the room phone, but we didn’t try.) Apparently there’s a spa or massage at the hotel but there’s no brochure in the room with more information.

It an old hotel. During the night i heard creepy noice and unable to sleep peacefully. Woke up every 2 hours. It's not a good experience but the hotel is clean. The breakfast is okay. Just the creepy noice during the night is very disturbing. Not gonna stay alone for work trip anymore
