GHPrice at booking was different to asking price on arrival. Questionable and dubious dollar rate of 15.21 or so. So instead of 822 cedis which is was, a dubious dollar rate brought it to 937 cedis instead or so. Quick to collect money but with no receipt given. Can do with some disposable slippers too.

USThis nice, and spacious home was pleasantly decorated. It was in a very quiet community. The 24-hour security outside was a plus. The owner Desmond was quick to communicate back with us to accommodate our needs. We had a good stay.
Overall the cleanliness of a couple of the bedrooms could have been better. It looked like the people before we rented was doing their hair so there was weave hair on the floors, but there was a broom present so we were able to sweep that up. Also in the kitchen because of the exit the door having a gap near the bottom of the door allowed many types of ants to get in the kitchen. This was a big problem I would suggest that the owner have that repaired immediately. Also we had to request to have the security cameras turned off within the house during or stay. We found that to be a bit intrusive, plus I was there handling business and you would not want someone listening in on your business conversations with your coworkers with the inside camera.
SEEverything. Clean big and spacious. Very comfortable. Very helpful and polite customer service at all times. Security right outside the house. 2 fridges and freezers. So enough room for large groups. The house looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s usually the other way around.
Wi fi allowance was very low. 215040.00 MB for 3 people for 34 days. the constant power outages, had us throwing out so much food. Both Christmas food we brought with us and food we purchased there. Fridges and freezers were off for days. This did get better towards the end of our trip when the wirelines were changed. If they got a generator, it would be 10/10.
LRI loved everything about the accommodation,it was clean,beautiful and a dream.

There was nothing to this like we all know the light and water situation in ghana where the caretaker was very helpful each I need some assistance.
