Apartment very central and well organised. Staff very responsive but not nearby so didn't want them to have to travel to rectify small issues.

Would be useful to give directions on using the hob or give YouTube link.

Ideally located around the corner from the top of Jacob’s ladder with a dedicated parking space. Spacious and well equipped. Nicely decorated and modern with good wifi if needed.

Location excellent. Food in Falmouth also excellent, following recommendations from Tila.

Cozy house, nicely equipped, great location, easy communication with the owner.

Would have loved more heating.

Stylish, spotlessly clean apartment in a good location.

1. Only booked this property as it had parking. This was not available on the first night. Parking space was filled by hosts car parked next to neighbours car. Contacted the host.Neighbour in pub- could not move car. Owner apparently could not move their car either!!?!! Parked on pavement across back of the two cars as instructed by the host. Requested not to be disturbed early by neighbour potentially wanting to move his car. But at 9am next morning missed call from host and was then met by surly neighbour wishing to move their car. This is really an issue between the host and their neighbour, not for us to deal with. 2. As mentioned in many reviews the mattress springs are noticeable and quite uncomfortable. Took a tip from a previous reviewer who used a spare duvet to sleep on top of to make the mattress more comfortable. 3. Roof blind still broken, as mentioned in a review last year.

AVOID. Simply requested a VAT invoice for my stay. That was two months ago.. since then I have had exchanged numerous calls and texts, each time assuring me that they will send it. However I am still yet to receive one and am beginning to suspect they are in fact not VAT registered (despite them charging value added tax) which is against the law.
