FRTrès pratique, bien placé dans la ville, parking gratuit, parc à côté. Pièce de vie spacieuse et bien isolée des chambres. Très bien pour des étudiants.
Confort spartiate, mauvaise odeur tenace dans la cuisine malgré nos efforts pour nettoyer et aérer, de vieilles traces de saleté par endroit (évier, lavabo). Très peu d'équipement. Bruyant, mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres appartements. Beaucoup moins cosy et confortable que sur les photos. L'impression d'être dans une prison repeinte. Toute petite cabine de douche qui arrose dans tous les sens, sans patère pour accrocher peignoir et serviette. Certains lits franchement inconfortables, heureusement j'avais loué + que nécessaire donc choix du lit. Une fenêtre de chambre impossible à fermer, heureusement c'est l'été.

Apartamentos para 7, solo 3 sillas y un sofá roto en el salón. Un solo baño y no había suficientes platos y cubiertos ni papel higiénico. No cambiaron sábanas ni toallas en 6 dias
