Has all basic necessities for living comfortably. The bed was awesome.

The steps to the backdoor are loose and pose a danger if you aren’t paying attention. There’s some broken glass and other rubbish throughout the drive way to access the backyard. The neighbor parked some sail boat thing up to the fence and made it difficult to get in and out without having to strain your body to get around it

Privacy

There was a miscommunication with the door access code, which I couldn't access my rented room. I had to rent for an additional hotel room else where just to have a place to stay after a 10 hour drive. It all was resolved following day.
