'Tabula Rasa Exclusive Rooms'

The apartment is new, modern and visually appealing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean upon arrival. The host was polite, responsive and willing to answer questions. A cleaning lady visited on the second day after the host suggested it. The property has potential and could provide a much better experience with clearer information and a few improvements in service and equipment.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the Booking listing and the price paid. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency regarding the facilities and services. The listing presents amenities such as Ristorante Tabula Rasa, wellness/jacuzzi, breakfast, slippers and other facilities, but important details were only explained after arrival. The wellness area was not available for our room category, the restaurant operates separately and requires additional payment, and breakfast is served approximately 400 meters away at Asgard Café. Breakfast consists of one croissant and one coffee or cappuccino per person, which was not clearly explained during the booking process. For an apartment described as "Exclusive", the equipment was disappointing: there were no glasses on arrival, no bottle opener, only one small fork and two knives, only two coffee capsules for an 8-day stay, and the slippers listed among the amenities were not provided. Although the cleaning lady visited on the second day, towels and bed linen were never replaced during the entire 8-night stay. The location is also less convenient without a car, as the nearest useful bus stop is around 900 meters to 1 km away, walking to the city center takes approximately 35–45 minutes, and taxi or Uber rides can cost around €30–35. The apartment itself is not bad, but there is a significant gap between what the Booking presentation suggests and what guests actually receive. For the price paid, I expected much better transparency, equipment and overall service.

Nice rooms in a nice and safe area. Very helpfull host. A lot of great restaurants and bars in the same street as the accomandation.

Stanza pulita ed essenziale. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il doppio lavandino. L'arredamento è nuovissimo e molto moderno.

Nous avons attendu 1 heure à notre arrivés car la chambre n était pas faite malgré que nous sommes arrivés après l heure prévu. Les équipements sont très limites. Chambre très bruyante à cause des bars en bas. La personne qui s occupe des logis ne répond presque jamais au message. Je déconseille ce site
