Excelente ubicación cercana a multiples servicios básicos, con todos los equipos que puedes necesitar e incluso mas!! Se atiende al detalle todo y el huésped mantiene una gran hospitalidad y atención, con recomendaciones e instrucciones claras y sencillas, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas con gran amabilidad y rapidez

Posizioni ottimale fronte mare, ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia a disposizione in camera, comunicazione e gentilezza con proprietario (gracias Alvaro :-) ), portineria presente (molto gentile).

Molto vicino alla spiaggia, la struttura offre anche il ombrellone più 2 sedie pieghevoli per andare sulla spiaggia, vicino a tutti servizi, consigliatissimo

La pressione dalla doccia era un po’ bassa, per il resto tutto perfetto

We stayed in the apartment from July 28 to August 4. Everything matched the description on Booking. The location is excellent — very close to the sea, in a quiet area, but with easy access to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was traveling with a child and we also attended official events in the city — the public transport connection was very convenient. Most importantly, the host was always in touch and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommended!

La casa è nuova è funzionale, vicinissima alla spiaggia, si presenta esattamente come in foto con aria condizionata funzionante o in alternativa i ventilatori, piano cottura a induzione funzionante, bagno con bidet e doccia (che ogni tanto usciva fredda). Rapporto qualità prezzo buono considerando di essere proprio sul mare e allo stesso tempo ben collegati con il centro (i mezzi a Valencia funzionano molto bene)

L'unica cosa negativa è l'assenza di balcone e di un patio esterno anche in comune, infatti lo spazio Verde con l'erbetta sintetica che si vede in foto, non è raggiungibile, o meglio durante i tre giorni che sono stato io non era accessibile, per il resto tutto ok

The property is right on the beach and very well-equipped — they even provided beach chairs, which was a great touch. The bathroom was clean and included a bidet, adding to the comfort. The owner speaks perfect English and was extremely responsive. He even arranged for us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit removed from the city center, but I was aware of this in advance, and the nearby bus stop made getting around easy and convenient. The only minor issue was that there was no hand soap provided—most likely an oversight by the cleaning staff.

Great location at the beach, very clean and spacious. Very good contact with the owner. In winter you can park outside the building- lots of free parking around.

Few kitchen items were missing: kettle, cutting board. Nothing major, but would be good to have.
