the location strategic

The walls are messy, the paint is peeling and the colors are not bright, making the room gloomy. maybe the wardrobe facilities could be improved, additional trash cans in front.. the bathroom has no place to hang clothes.. the bathroom door is broken and cannot be locked.. the fan also doesn't work.
