Sehr zentrale Lage. Angenehmes großes Zimmer mit zweckmäßig ausgestatteter Küche. Volle Dose Kaffeepads (auch wenn nur von Aldi )vorhanden, nicht nur ein paar einzelne Stück sowie 2 Flaschen Getränke. Kommunikation mit Vermieter mit vielen Hinweisen war sehr gut. Bett mit guter Matratze. Parkhäuser mit Tagespreise von 12€ bis 24€ in der Nähe.

Bad mit ~ 4 m2 Größe inkl. Dusche, dazu enge Dusche mit geschätzt 30cm hohen Einstieg, war für diesen aufgerufenen Preis zu klein und nicht komfortabel. Bett war bei der Matratze sehr gut aber die Breite vom Bett ist schon sehr schmal. Auf den Preis bezogen hätten wir etwas mehr Komfort erwartet.
