Room design and hotel style

The bath soap and body lotion which is wall mounted both empty on arrival. We only requested bath soap which the front desk immediately provided. The breakfast offering was very disappointing. The waffle batter was empty so no waffles. The three bagels left were very stay an hard. We tried to heat and eat them. The oatmeal was dried out and unappealing. The yogurt machine had to be 10-15 times to get barely enough to eat. The coffee was good.
