Very nice & clean

The people above us stomping all night

I left my bag and belt. The day after check-out, I called and emailed this hotel, but I got no reply.(even though I checked their reciept confirmation.) When I visited here again, they were busy to handle internet connection troubles. They didn't care about my lost. I couldn't understand why they didn't find my lost. I clearly let them know the location where I put them. I lost my underwears and GUCCI belt. Due to the internet trouble, I wasted my datas as well. Terriblely unsatisfied stay experience.

Dog friendly, nice hrass area and sidewalks to walk the dogs. Restaurants across the parking lot.

breakfast was good, and environment was clean

Everything was great but the only thing i wanna know is why was there an additional 50.00 taken out when i had to put a card on fill so my room was over 200.00 for one night which im nothappy about that

Easy stay, but they have some kinks to figure out.

Everything!!! Especially the size of the room. Kevin was the representative I encountered; he was provided exceptional Customer Service! He even stayed abreast of the weather to assist with our check out time. All communication and follow up was on point.

I would extend breakfast another hour. 10:00. Avoid pressure to go down before 9:00 am; especially after a long travel the day before. Make sure batteries in remote controls work. In both rooms (i had a king room).

Shower was dirty

Looked like it was brand new. Person at desk when I checked in was excellent, better give her a raise or other responsibilities or else someone will steal her .
