Quiet location (except from the noise of the top neighbour), supermarket next door, 10 mins to metro, big soft towels, kitchen cleaning pack, shower water power was good

Floor bathroom and hall was broken, one of the shower cabines was broken, matress balanced to the sides, poor hygiene in bathroom, none of the decoration shown was present and only big too bright lights, so lack of atmosphere, bedlight was broken, garden table very instable, cups, glasses and bowls smelled bad, getting the keys on the other side of town very inconvenient (staff over there very kind but tourist tax could not be pand by card, had to be cash so we had to go to an ATM first)

Air conditioner, two bathrooms, nice microwave and toaster

GROSS stains on the blanket and sheets, broken floor, broken shower cabin, empty med kit

The apartment has an excellent shower, and is clean and totally adequate. It feels more like a hotel than home, but not in a bad way.

The horribly inconvenient policy of having to collect your key from miles away! It's very strange, a huge ask of the guest, and made the whole experience feel very non-guest focused. I really think it should be changed.

The location was good, and the neighborhood was nice. There are many good options for bakeries, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance.

You can hear a lot of the flat upstairs. The carpet in the living room was old and dirty, need to be replaced.
