Very clean and accessible location as it is located in the center of Cebu.

Very well located and the entire building is very new. It’s built since 2022. The amenities of the building itself are great. You have a nice pool and view from the sky deck is stunning. We’ve been there by day and by night for the views.

Although the newness of the building and the great amenities, the room did not really meet our expectations. The mattress was rock hard and the bed was squeaky. For us this is one of the most important things that needs to be at least sufficient. Also check-in was quite messy. You’re supposed to have a passcode to get into your room but we did not get that, we needed to call the host which took some time unfortunately.

Though its just for one day due to availability, was memorable! Traveling all the way from Manila, I loved the cute and cozy room, the pool, and the view. The reception guard was so friendly, host is very responsive adding to the great experience. I’ll definitely come back again!

The location.

The room has a funny smell whenever we enter the room. The sheets were not really clean especially the extra sheets for the sofabed. The smell was awful and not thoroughly cleaned. We left some food in the fridge and called and texted and went back to the property as soon as we realized we left it (less than an hour from check out) but no answer. We can no longer enter the unit. They responded hours after saying that they need to look for the one who cleaned the property since she took it with her. We finally got a message saying that they left the food at the reception. They know those were perishable goods. We even told them that it's been hours and we already checked in to a different hotel for New Year. No refund was given. Nothing.

Very esthetic vibe, I had my Netflix & Chill time. I spent my New Year's eve here and enjoyed the fireworks view. You can enjoy the pool, it's not crowded. Location wise, very near the mall, transportation terminal and other shops.
