The hotel is in the city center so the rooms facing the street get a bit of car noise.
MXTodos fueron muy amables y serviciales. El hotel es precioso, lleno de colores pintorescos y una decoración única y muy bonita. La habitación acogedora, cómoda y muy limpia. El baño muy elegante y espacioso. Hay agua caliente 24/7. La terraza muy bonita, alumbrada por lindas lámparas; logras ver distintas iglesias desde ahí. Sin duda de los hoteles más bonitos qué he visitado! ❤️
MXUSUSLocation is superb if you are going during La Feria de San Marcos, minutes from the action. The hotel gave us a pair of tickets to a show for La Feria and it was awesome.
CAThe hotel is beautiful, very well decorated. We had booked the deluxe king suite but it did not have the features in the room that we expected from the description on bookings website. Ie, coffee maker and microwave. However, there was a microwave in the hotel kitchen available for use . And we were able to boil water in the kitchen to make our own coffee. We appreciated the tour around the downtown when we arrived, and Ricardo's efforts to solve a problem with our hot water. He genuinely cares about the guests.
