The arrival time is 4pm - this is very late, we would expect 2pm, especially as check out time is 10 on departure. The stairs up the flat, are dirty damp and smelly, The apartment itself was OK. We found a number things really not up to scratch, damp mop and second hoover left in the property, no plug in the kitchen sink, draining board full of limescale, kitchen tap loose and wobbles around. Bathroom the toilet is loose from the wall and tiles have fallen off underneath it as a result, mould across the back of the sink and no plug, grout missing on the floor, radiator did not work in the bathroom, shower hose broken, and down the rubber inner, and didn't not stay in the holder we had to tie it up with a hair band, stained shower curtain needs washing, and high surfaces very dusty. No mattress protectors or pillow protectors

Steep stair access. Grossly expensive due to added taxes. Unaware of added taxes. Cleaners took groceries - though refunded later

Location was wonderful, directly across from one of the best pubs in Bath (The Raven) Bed and bedding was really cosy and clean. Really felt like I was a resident living in Bath for the duration of my stay. Will definitely be staying again and can’t wait !

Blinds weren’t working so bought some pegs to hold these up. Noticed the home owner so should be resolved.

Absolutely nothing

The Owner will tell you that it's a 5min walk to the bath market but they won't tell you how poor their facilities are. There is a pub right opposite. They don't give you an extra blanket for the other bed, you can't close the blind, there is blocked drain. And the people in the pub making nasty comments

Location was great. Main bedroom was great (couldn't hear any street noise). Good facilities in kitchen.

The bath is in dire need of an upgrade. It reminded me of a uni flat. Broken holes, permanent marks by broken plug. Shower curtain was horrendous. Windows all dirty. We actually left after 1 night as I was on the sofa bed and got only 2 hours sleep the 1st night. Maybe provide ear plugs. I can't believe I paid all that money and had to leave early.

very central location approx 100 yds from main shopping area , well appointed apartment

spiral staircase is a little awkward with a case ,it sleeps 4 but only has 3 seats
