"Pessimo Non soddisfacente"

L'unica cosa di bello è la posizione

Pessimo servizio, non ci siamo potuti fare un caffè, perché la cucina non funzionava,la pompa di calore non riscaldava. La cosa peggiore che siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dalle 8 del mattino,e la signora non rispondeva al tel. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi un fabbro per farci entrare dentro la Camera.non essendo del posto ci siamo trovati in mezzo alla strada chiedendo a tutti di darci una mano. Alla fine siamo riusciti ad entrare alle 22.30 grazie ad un passante che ci ha lasciato un recapito tel di un fabbro. Pessimo servizio,e pessima gentilezza.

"La mejor ubicación!"

Ubicación excelente y muy cómodo y accesible ! Precioso! El baño tenía unos obsequios bellísimos!

La entrada fue confusa porque no encontrábamos el ascensor, es un poco rústico, y una vez que lo vimos , nos funcionó perfectamente!

Clean, close to everything & right in the middle of it all too! opening the windows to the streets of Verona was everything!

the bed was a bit sunk in the middle but still cozy with blankets and pillows. The apartment was a little hard to find and locate the key box but we figured it out.

Excelente ubicación, comodidades, limpieza y servicios!!

El colchón está súper hundido y blando, hay que cambiarlo urgente.. faltaron especificaciones para el uso del anafe! No nos funcionó la clave de acceso, en primera instancia, ingresamos porque salió un vecino..

Struttura in una posizione molto strategica vicinissima a tutto, neanche 5 minuti a piedi dall’arena. Zona centrale dotata di tutto e molto tranquilla anche se si torme di notte tardi a piedi con bambini come nel nostro caso. Staff molto carino e disponibile, flessibilità per check-in e check-out. Appartamento pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto. Mi è piaciuto trovare le candele che creano un atmosfera che mi fa sentire come a casa. Finestra che dà sul vicoletto in facciata. Lo stra consiglio e ci tornerò anche io sicuramente quando tornerò a Verona.

Bisognerebbe mettere una macchinetta del caffè
