Velluto Blu Apartments & Suite by Reasy&Busy

Excellent location in Old City only five-ten minutes walk to the Arena. My wife and I stayed in Apartment 4 for two nights whilst attending the Opera Festival in late August 2024 - the weather was hot! This modern apartment was scrupulously clean with comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and well equipped bathroom. Even the very modest private outside space provided an opportunity to sit outside for a coffee; albeit with absolutely no view other than the surrounding walls. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are all within yards but there was virtually no noise within the apartment. All in all this apartment completely fulfilled our requirements for a short stay.

Very spacious, clean and in a good location

The mattress on the bed needs changing as has a big dip in the middle and very uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed.

Excellent location, nice to have a little out door area. Great air con , overall was a great base. Would recommend.

Looked bigger on photos, expected a sitting area however this may have been a one of the other apartments

AC not operating and not for a lack of us trying. 1st night...because it was cool outside, we left the window open but the street noise was loud and large street light directly outside the window illuminated the room. UGH. 2nd night...we closed the window and blind, took cold showers and slept with no covers and took Tylenol PM.

Everything not helpful owner. No air conditioning as owner won’t let you use it even though it states on add air conditioning. Rooms was boiling. So windows had to be open all day and night but too much noice in the evening and early house waking up at 3am everyday. Bath room was like a sauna. Couldn’t turn temperature down. Over priced on what we had. Didn’t even look like in the photos.

The host did not answer to my needs. I asked them to bring something and also to repair the sofa because in one of the room it was damaged and er could not open in order to use for the sleep of our child. We stayed 4 nights and no one took care to repair it. It was really disappointed. Sofa was not comfortable Also no cleaned mattress and bed covers and duvet not cleaned Smell of cigarette on arrival
