Location, Air conditioner, spacious apartment with plenty of storage, newer cabinets, safe building, near market and shops, in-suite washing machine and clothes line to dry, full kitchen with spacious fridge/freezer, main beds are comfortable, beach toys, window shutters were nice, TVs in each room, Wi-Fi included, responsive and friendly host.

Shower head needs to be replaced for safety (cut on nose/face by falling shower wand) and better water flow, toilet seat cover not secure, towel hook not secure (swivels), didn’t know how to use rack in bathroom (no instructions), shower door handle broken, dusty shelving and cabinets, limited supplies available for international families, sofa bed not comfortable or cleaned (many crumbs in fold).

Great location. Close to train station & central location in Sorrento & it’s Main Street. Spacious apartment. It had a washing machine! The host were helpful.

There was mould on the bathroom ceiling & window. There The couch was stained & dirty, hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Shower handle was broken. Pots & pans were dirty. We had 5 nights stay. It would have been nice to have some housekeeping such making beds & general tidy up ….when on holidays!

Could have done with more plates, glasses cups and a chopping board in the kitchen

The apartment was nice and clean. Great location! Francesco was very helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay in Sorrento. We will definitely stay here again!
