Very nice apartment, completely new, in a central location close to the old town and to the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated, communication with the owner simple and fast. I would definitely recommend this appartment.

Everything was great

The hotel’s location, being within walking distance to everything, and the host Vasilis’s helpfulness made for a wonderful holiday. We can’t wait to come back as soon as possible and stay again in this apartment that met all our needs perfectly.

This was a great choice for few days in Kos. We were than moving to different islands. It was in a great location close to walk to beach, harbour, shops and restaurants but it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable there were two separate air con units one for the bedroom and one for living room and kitchen which was great. Plenary natural light with big sliding doors onto a balcony which lined the whole outdoor wall. There is a little convenience store right next door open late for your bottles of water or any other bits and bobs you may need. And a bigger supermarket just short walk on the end of the street at the roundabout. The kitchen was spacious easy to use and had basic equipment for cooking most meals. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to beach and port

The apartment is spacious and has double wardrobes and washing machine. The apartment is located very close to Lambi Beach, town and harbour. It's very modern and fresh.

You have to turn on the switch for hot water and wait 30 minutes for hot water.

The apartment totally new , fresh , very comfortable , you can find all facilities on the kitchen ,.The location very close to old town . I am very recommend to stay there .

1- The apartment is may be 8 min walk from the main square and port in Kos. 2- apartment was super clean and recently renovated. 3- Host was very responsive, there was a welcome package waiting for us ( water and some biscuits). 4- Whole building is new, it is refreshing and welcoming. 5- There is balcony with chair and table. Clothes hanger was there, very handy to hang wet clothes. 6- full equipped new kitchen and washing machine including a kettle and coffee machine. 7- Instructions to collect the keys were easy and straightforward. 8- Double glass windows. No noise.

1- there is no elevator, my apartment was on the first floor. Carrying suitcases up and down might be tricky. 2- Pillows were quite soft.
