The apartment was well equipped clean and comfortable. It had everything you would have required for daily living. A credit to the owner.

The host was very fast with responses and helped us in any questions we had. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds, ideal location with the bus stop right outside. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach, but we were happy to get our steps in. The shops were all close by too.

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe the showers need updating, one shower works while the other doesn't, although it didnt bother us.

The apartment is comfortable and very clean, there are all kinds of shops and cafes nearby, also a taxi station and bus stop in front, good entertaining neighborhood

It was great experiance beeing in Alicante in Manila home. Owner was very helpful (we were very late for check-in because of flight delay, but he was waiting for us to leave the keys and give some advices about the place, thank you so much for that!). Downstairs apartment great cafeteria with good coffee and ice-creams, a lot of shops, restaurants and bakerys, everything you need. 20 minites walk to the port and main street of Alicante. 2 bathrooms helped a lot when you travel in 4 people. Air condition in house, very good and fast contact with owner. I would like to come back again;)

Only one impediment was finding the parking place, when you use a car. Parking places are free of charge in Alicante, but there is a lot of cars and lack of parking places. Usually we made few circles around the streets and we found a parking place after 5-10 minutes very close to the apartment, so it’s not a real problem.

Really enjoyed staying here, the apartment is comfortable, with all the appliances, very clean and well maintained. The location is great, 20 min walk to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants around, 20 min walk to see a beautiful sunset. The night city life is a bit loud for my taste, thankfully, the apartment has double windows to block the noise, was really useful. Highly recommended!
