"THE PROPERTY WAS NOTHING LIKE IT WAS DESCRIBED -NO SERVICES AT ALL!"

The location was great but we couldn't stay there - there were no services.

The Hotel was still open however the pool, the bar and the restaurant were all closed. They were remodeling or repairing after the hurricane from the Fall of 2025. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF THIS - IT WAS A TOTAL SURPRISE WHEN WE SHOWED UP. The manager, Elvis, accommodated us the best he could by moving us to another property but it was not what we reserved. We were very disappointed. Also now we know that you can't trust BOOKING.COM to provide accurate information!
