Blizina centru

Neugodna situacija gdje nam nije bio omogućen daljinski od klime za temperiranje prostora jer su ga uklonili kako se nebi izgubio, prostor nije bio baš čist te je bilo paučine, također ručnici su imali neugodan miris, osobe koje imaju dugu kosu teže će osušiti jer se sušilo ugasi nakon minute, krevet je za naš ukus bio neudoban podosta tvrd, dosta se čuje razgovor iz ostalih apartmana, a za osobe kojima smeta svijetlost ujutro nemoguće je zamračiti prostor zbog stakla na ulaznim vratima.

"Korektan odnos cijene i kvaliteta"

Odnos smjestaja i cijene je korektan.

Stan je pored stepenica pa nemate osjećaj privatnosti. Bilo je poprilično hladnjikavo u stanu, a nije bilo mogućnosti podešavanja topline. Iako postoji klima, daljinski nije bio dostupan.
