Even though the host was not able to be there when I checked in due to a family matter, they left detailed instructions for getting to my room. They were there to greet us early in the morning as we left.

Host was never present from check-in to checkout. We nearly froze due to non-working heating radiators. We shivered going to the bathroom early in the morning. Never stay there again.
