"Find somewhere else to stay."

The location

There was never a staff member present in the facility. The entrance and hallway to the room was dark and unkempt. The property is very dated and appeared to have little upkeep to it. The room itself did not smell clean. This was the only place that I stayed on the Camino where I felt unclean and I would not shower there. Very disappointed in the booking.

"Minimalistic but comfortable"

The location - super close to great shops and cafes, and a great place to start our Camino. The hostal was simple, nice enough but also does not remove the humility of doing the Camino

Our room was not sound-proofed, and being on a main road meant that we could hear everything, which made it a bit harder to fall asleep
