VLC HOST - San Jacinto

Estaba bien equipado en cuanto a la cocina. El colchón de la cama no está mal.

Es un pasillo estrecho donde han puesto cocina, salón, cama y baño una cosa a continuación de la otra. Se encuentra en un barrio sucísimo donde huele fatal y está todo lleno de cucarachas, basura por todas partes y mucha gentuza. Parecía que estábamos en el Bronx. Además es un bajo con una puerta de cristal a pie de calle por lo que la sensación de inseguridad unida al barrio no te deja ni dormir. Además encontramos varias cucarachas en el interior. Tras contactar con el alojamiento nos dicen que eso es normal en Valencia. Nos quedamos en el C. Los vecinos del D los escuchamos gritando también por las cucarachas a las 5 de la mañana. En el sofá cama imposible dormir. Es incomodísimo.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy upon our arrival. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant. The accommodation has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a functional bathroom. The hosts are highly engaged and attentive, making communication easy and ensuring that everything can be arranged smoothly. A highly recommended stay for anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free experience!

Although the apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a significant downside is the extremely thin walls. Your experience may depend on your neighbors, but in our case, we had several nights disturbed by noisy guests with a different schedule than ours. Loud music, shouting, and door-slamming during the night woke us up. If you value a peaceful sleep, this is something to consider before booking.

Great location, nice neighbourhood, quite and friendly. Apartment was very nice, everything new, all the details were there. The host was also very nice, provided all important information, even offered a free late check out...

It would have been nice to have some small storage area for the wardrobe. It is not a bad thing for a short stay, just would be a nice addition for longer visit.

The location was nice, close to the city of arts and sciences and not too far away from the center.

This was one of my worst stays in Spain and in an apartment. The sofa couch claimed it was for 2 people, but it was badly stained and broken, therefore 2 people could definitely not sleep there. The bed and the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The flat had a cockroach in it that I killed. The shower and bathroom area did not look cleaned, and just slightly mopped as the toilet was still dirty and there was hair in the shower. Then, the remote control for the heating stopped working and we couldn’t turn the heating on while it was cold outside. I messaged the host (or whoever was on duty by the name of Gaja) and they were so rude and unprofessional. They claimed I needed to change the batteries of the remote probably, so I assumed they must have batteries in the apartment in case this happens. No, they didn’t. they said she couldnt bring any today just the next day. they offered me no solution to my heating not working and stopped replying to my texts. Thank goodness the heater somehow turned back on, but the host was very unhelpful to stop responding. I would definitely not recommend for the price and what you’re getting. The apartment looks nice but it’s just remodeled nicely, it is not comfortable to stay in.

Good Location, great seafood restaurant,supermarket just around the corner, good bus connection to the Center but can also easily walk everywhere ( to the Center it’s like 30min walk but super quick to rusafa)good shower pressure, clean, customer service via WhatsApp was really great and got super quick responses. I was allowed a late checkout which was awesome and basically gave me half a day without hassle before flying home.

One morning while I was still in bed the outside door unlocked itself, not really sure what happened there, wasn’t an issue as I was home and just closed it again but otherwise people could have entered the apartment. In general not a fan of the door lock/unlock mechanism which uses a website, so if your phone was stolen or died you can’t enter the apartment, rather have a real key,card or pin

The best thing about this apartment is the manager - Natalia. She was AMAZING, helped me with my issues really quickly and kindly. Apartment is good overall, it’s same as in the pictures, it’s some kind of a garage/store turned into an apartment but it was done really good and with style. Bed was comfortable. Close to the oceanigraphic.

There are no windows except one next to the entrance door, couch is not comfortable. No closet to leave your things, our clothes were on the chairs and on bags on the floor.

That it was clean. Had a very good price and nice space in the apartment. Apartment was fully supplied.

No windows and constant dark in the apartment.
