"Bien placé mais dans son jus et inconfortable"

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Syracuse à pieds. Les hôtes ont été réactifs pour la procédure d'arrivée.

Le lit double était vraiment très petit pour deux, mon conjoint étant plutôt grand c'était vraiment inconfortable. Des réparations sont à prévoir dans la salle de bain : la colonne de douche se décrochait et l'eau ne s'écoulait pas du lavabo

"Wszystko było generalnie ok."

Apartament bardzo czysty,zadbany, w centrum Ortigii, wszędzie kawiarnie, restauracje, galerie.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który błyskawicznie odpisuje.W przedpokoju dodatkowe kołdry,bo w nocy zimno.

W ofercie był czajnik, którego nie było, jedynie ekspres do kawy w kapsułkach po 0,50 EUR.Do kapsułek nie można się było dostać, bo w momencie wrzucenia monety zamiast kawy wyskakiwała paskudna cytrynowa herbata z proszku. Obiekt nie zapewnia też wody butelkowanej w pokojach, co jest już wszędzie standardem.Ściany nie zapewniają prywatności w pokojach,słychać wszystkie dźwięki.

"Bad experience at Opera Room"

Perfect location, beautiful room and bathroom

The communication between the Hotiday and the actual host at Opera was poor. We requested to stay another night which was confirmed, but the next morning the wake us up to leave as the room was already booked by someone else and they were fully booked. No one of Hotiday to complain to or to assist us. We had to pack up and find another place to stay. Which was way better than the Opera room
