"Overall the served its purpose."

Centrally located, easy accessibility, convenient, nearer to the railway station etc.
All basic needs were met, with WiFi. Geyser is missing. TV isn’t functional. Lot of ants were in the toilet. Water faucet needs replacement. Floor was dusty.
