It’s super central, easy walk to the beaches and to Old Kos Town. Little mini market right next door for convenience. Beds comfortable and clean bedding. We stayed for 11 nights, so the washing machine was very handy with a super sunny verandah to dry clothes in a day!

For a long stay I would like a few more convenient items in the kitchen and a cleaning service included after one week.

Everything was perfect!

Ev konum olarak olarak mükemmel bir noktada. Ev genel olarak temizdi. Eşyalar yeni ve çok iyi durumdaydı. Mutfak eşyaları ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak her türlü ayrıntı düşünülerek hazır hale getirilmişti. Ev sahibi Vasilis konaklama öncesi, konaklama sırası ve sonrasında yeterince ilgilendi. Konaklamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement. Alles was zeer schoon en goed verzorgd, wat meteen een fijne indruk gaf bij aankomst. De locatie is echt top, binnen vijf minuten loop je naar de haven. Vanaf daar kun je makkelijk naar links richting het strand en naar rechts naar het oude centrum. Ideaal als je alles te voet wilt verkennen. Het appartement zelf beviel ons erg goed. De bedden lagen comfortabel en het was een groot pluspunt dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was. Dat maakte het verblijf extra praktisch. Een klein aandachtspuntje is dat we zwemhanddoeken misten, die hebben we uiteindelijk zelf gekocht. Ook waren er wat weinig badhanddoeken, maar dankzij de wasmachine was dit goed op te lossen, maar meer zou altijd fijn zijn. Al met al een hele fijne plek waar we met plezier hebben verbleven!

Ανετο διαμέρισμα, ευρυχωρο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, γρήγορο wifi, εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα το κέρασμα που βρήκαμε κ το γεγονός ότι μας επετραπει να μείνουμε λίγη ώρα παραπάνω τη μέρα αναχωρησης λόγω βραδυνης πτήσης, ευχαριστούμε πολύ θα ξαναρθουμε!

Ήταν σαν να ήμουν στο σπίτι μου. Όλα τα κομφόρ και πολύ όμορφος και άνετος ο χώρος της αυλής.

Μύριζαν άσχημα τα ντουλάπια κάτω από τον νιπτήρα και τον νεροχύτη

De ligging is perfect!

The location was really good. Also the brother of the landlord was very nice and tried to help to a certain amount - as the landlord himself failed to do that.

I did not get in contact with my landlord. I stayed for 2 months. I was given 4 rolls of toilet paper - "toiletries included" I only got 2 small towels and a big one. Cleaning just after a very long discussion - 1 time in 2 months. After the landlord texted me that in the kitchen was everything that is needed, I had to fight to get a kitchen knife. Before that I used my pocket knife to cut vegetables. I needed to fight for a towel for the dishes. In the end I got some stuff, but was afraid to ask for even toilet paper as it would have ended with talks like: "landlord- please help me" - "speak to my brother" - "hey brother of landlord, please help me" - "I have to talk to the landlord first, but you cannot contact him" Before my stay I asked for a rice cooker and a kitchen scale. Both was provided but afterwards used as "I already gave you stuff" I did not book this apartment during tourist season. The landlord owns the most expensive restaurant on the island.
