Apartamentos Progresso 1º Esq

The location was fantastic. Super central in Funchal, only a 15 minute walk down to the water. Street parking was a little tricky (not much available) but there’s a parking garage right across the street with fairly reasonable prices. The apartment was well equipped with a washing machine and a fridge plus kitchen facilities. The shared rooftop terrace was beautiful. Check in process was easy.

The apartment was hot and it only had a fan provided that was very loud. There wasn’t shower gel etc. provided. It is worth noting that the photos provided of the rooftop is a shared space. The private terrace is much smaller and not as nice.

Great location, close to Funchal old town at a few mins walking distance. Great hosts with very prompt and friendly communications. Overall a good stay experience

The accommodation was clean, equipped with everything you need, great location, very helpful and welcoming host. I recommend it.

Very poor sound insulation. You could hear both your neighbors and everything going on in the stairwell very well. It was very disturbing at night.

Sehr schönes, kleines Appartement mitten im Zentrum von Funchal. Das Appartement ist klein, aber fein. Alles wichtige ist da. Es ist sehr sauber, das Bett ist bequem und der kleine Balkon ist perfekt für das Frühstück an der frischen Luft. Die Lage ist absolut top. Zur Innenstadt mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants und auch zum Hafen nur ca. 700m zu Fuß. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. José ist schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich direkt um jedes Anliegen. Alles läuft reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Kleiderschrank ist wirklich sehr klein und knapp bemessen. Es gibt insgesamt recht wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Un peu petit pas vraiment de coin repas Assez bruyant on entend tous les passages dans l’escalier et les voisins du dessus
