The property is connecting to mrt batu 11 which is easy to commute.

Toilets looks good.

Services are bad. It has a sofa cover but is dusty. Remove the cover will be scold by customer serviced. Ask you "if you want to remove, jz remove your house one". Door easy to lock from outside. Wine glass is spoiled, Didn't aware nearly cut my mouth. Matters quality is bad. Not good for old ppl to sleep. The curtain is not very efficient covers the window, and the light comes to the room through the gap. Parking at level 7 is very not convenient to in and out.

Nice and safe

The walk from Guard house to the main building , there was no proper walk way for people to walk and when it rains we have to run as it was not sheltered. And also when we arrive on the 1st day, I have to park my car at the security post 1st and than walk a distance to the office to register and than walk back to drive the car, it would be good if we could do the registration at one point . The last day of my stay was awkward too, I have to drive my car to the security post and walk back to the office to return the access key and than walk back to security post to drive my car !! Why not just let me drop the key back to the letter box and I just need to drive off ?

Value for the price, comfy. The layout was done beautifully. Good amenities; filtered water (love this!), comfy beds, strong WiFi, fridge storage, TV and building facilities. The person I liaised with was responsive and guided till we entered the unit. The security personnel were very helpful and friendly. Would be happy to revisit!

There was 1 complaint about the single bathroom cleanliness, informed Marcus from the homestay. Hope it's settled with his cleaning service. Storage for luggage limited. If it's a trip longer than 2 days, would be an inconvenience. The access card was slightly problematic, the casing wouldn't allow it to be detected. Was quite a runaround figuring it out.
