GEIt was a comfortable and clean apartment.
PTLocation close to trains, subway, and bus lines. Prompt service when I requested help with a clogged shower drain. I really liked the apartment.
The neighborhood is noisy and gives off a feeling of insecurity. It was not possible to use the chairs on the terrace due to their poor condition. There is no air conditioning to cool down, as the temperature reached over 30°C (June 2025).
