I asked for nine smoking and my room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the sheets were brown.

"Not recommended. Poor upkeep."

No breakfast.

Cockroaches in room. Bug trap under the bed. Missing light bulb in wall fixture. Battery missing in smoke detector ( battery door open). Supposed to be a non smoking room, smelled like cigarettes. Soiled bed cover. Nextdoor room "partying" all night, very noisy. Abandoned vehicle in parking lot. No elevator to second floor rooms. Paint pealing interior and exterior. Pool requires maintenance. Overall experience was bad.
