Good location.

Rooms are dated. Roaches were seen running around. Bed spreads had burn holes. Carpet was nasty. Microwave didn't work. TV was on its way to giving out. Needs a complete renovation.

The location

I have so many complaints about the room for one that smell smell like mildew and the walls had mold on it. There was a hole in the ceiling that looked like it was from the mold or mildew. The carpet smelled horrible.
