AUGBLetting agent/hosts extremely helpful in allowing us to "dump" our bags when arrived unexpectantly two hours early. Very helpful.
Floors still a problem. Impossible to move quietly around the apartment. If that was sorted then apartment would fully deserve a higher rating.

USThe host provided excellent directions for finding the place as well as the key box and how to enter the location.
There were a few things - loose toilet seat in one bathroom. Mold in the other.
