Well equipped and clean. The host is informative and welcoming. Close to facilities such as restaurants and shops and easy access to central Venice.

Material the seat is made of is slippery and uncomfortable. In the bedroom, they could do with extra pillow. Although the AC was in the bedroom, it was not cool. Kitchen floor was sinking in one place.

This apartment was very nice. We only needed it for a place to sleep but it was clean, LOTS OF STORAGE, comfortable, and large. Antonella went out of her way to please us. She sent us LOTS of information before our arrival, too. What was REALLY nice was the location. Although we had to take a taxi from the train station to get to the apartment (it was late at night and we had lots of luggage or it would be walkable), it was right across from a small park, oval in shape. Across from the apartment on the other side of the park was a bank with an ATM. At one end of the park was a mall with a grocery store that was super handy to pick up meal items and other things. Behind the mall was an open air market. Just around the corner was the ATVO Express bus to the airport! Although we didn't need to use public transportation, it is convenient to a tram line that stops just outside!

We had a little hiccup on check-in. The host forgot (she was dealing with some serious family issues) but as soon as I messaged her, she came right away to check us in and could not have been more apologetic. The check in was a little rushed and it was late but she responded immediately to any questions we had. When we said we didn't know how to work the air conditioning, she checked on it for us. At first she told us that the building owner didn't turn on the AC until June 1st. That was disappointing. The next thing we knew, she said the owner would be stopping by briefly to get the AC working!! THAT is wonderful service to customer needs! Antonella and the owner went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and we did!

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments and would definitely recommend them. The apartment is bright, modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds, mattresses, and pillows were excellent, and we slept very well throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient. There is a tram stop nearby, as well as a shopping center with a supermarket, making it easy to get around and buy everything you need. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to explain everything, gave us useful information, and made us feel at home from the very beginning.

One small suggestion for improvement: the kitchen equipment does not quite match the overall high standard of the apartment. While the apartment itself feels modern and well-maintained, some kitchen items such as the frying pan, pots, and corkscrew could benefit from being replaced. This is only a minor detail, but updating them would make the experience even better.
