Did not like it at all, we had change our room 3 times , first room not clean second was too loud , elevator supposed to work with key card, not working most of times

First they are charge my credit card card with no permission, we booked with free breakfast, and they wants my credit card for security deposit, now we getting charge for break fast $88 for scrambled egg!!! I trying talk to manager they won't answering , they know they robbing people!!!

Continental kahvaltı beklentilerin oldukça altındaydı ve sunulan seçenekler çok sınırlıydı. Otelde birçok hizmet ve ürün konusunda sürekli ek ücretlerle karşılaşma hissi oluşuyor. Sık sık hangi hizmetin dahil olduğu, hangisinin ek ücretli olduğu konusunda kafa karışıklığı yaşanıyor. Misafirlerin ek harcama yapmaya yönlendirildiği hissi veren bir işletme anlayışı mevcut. Çıkıştan sonra kredi kartımdan açıklaması tartışmalı ek ücretler tahsil edildi. Resepsiyondan "her şey tamam, ek ücret yok" teyidi almama rağmen sonradan ücret yansıtılması güven sorunu yarattı. Kullanmadığımız valet parking hizmeti için kartımdan habersiz çekim yapıldı.

Gallery Tower binasındaki odaları modern ve temizdi. Yatak konforlu. Fremont Caddesine yakın , otoparkı geniş ve kullanışlıydı.

Toplamda 5 oda ve 12 kişiydik. Continental kahvaltı dahil aldık. Kahvaltıları çok yetersiz, kahvaltı almak için oda numarasıyla size fiş kesiyor ve güya resepsiyonda bu fişleri oda ile eşleştirip sadece ekstraları yansıtacaklarmış. 12 kişilik bir grupta karışıklık olacağına emin olduğum için çıkmadan resepsiyondan yanlışlık varsa düzeltebilmek için bilgi almak istedim. Her şey yolunda ekstranız yok dedikten sonra toplamda 350 USD gibi saçma sapan masraflar yazarak kartımdan ücret çekildi . Vale hizmetinin dahi olduğunu bilmediğimiz halde vale ücreti yansıtılmış. Otel ile iletişime geçtik fakat kesinlikle yardımcı olmuyorlar.
