We arrived at 4 in the morning and were welcomed by our host by bringing our luggage to our room and sleeping first. The next morning check in was finalised and he helped us by arranging motorbikes. We wanted to rent a specific type and he called a friend to have the bijes delivered to the hotel. Very good service!

Super friendly staff and possibility to rent a motorscooter to do the ha giang loop! Would highly recommend also because of leaving the big bag of luggage!

I just stayed one night but it was amazing. The guy at the reception is so sweet and friendly, helped me with my transportation. I had a private room, clean and comfortable. Really good for the price. I would go there again!

So welcoming! The staff is really friendly, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. We highly recommend staying here before and / or after the Ha Giang Loop!
