Room was exceptional, pool was nice. Location was good.

Breakfast was average, it was off season and staff were not attentive. We arrived and clearly were not expected. 30min wait for room to be prepared.

The serenity of the desert at night, under a blanket of stars, was a spiritual experience in itself. Dinner by the campfire, surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Erg, was a feast of Moroccan flavors, and the staff ensured every part of the excursion was seamlessly organized.
