The property is an entire townhouse in a quiet gated community with great security and privacy, very close to the CBD. The access roads are great with low traffic volume. I enjoyed the expanse of the entire house plus the amenities, especially the fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and private backyard. At night, the free WiFi and the smart TV kept me entertained. The host was pleasant and efficient. This is a rare find at the price.
