Property Notes

Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. Please note that upon check-in, guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment methods. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Starting 1 August, 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustain-ability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travellers. The cost will be SCR 100 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles. Children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Good hotel, great location, though needs to improve few things"

Nice location, great facilities and friendly staff. The management is available if any issue.

Hotel needs some maintenance and the staff is super slow. They are very nice, but If you ask for any service, they may have forgotten the following second.

Nous avons séjourné au Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa et tout a été absolument parfait, même au-delà de nos espérances ✨ L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel attentionné, l’ambiance apaisante… nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Andry, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son attention ont vraiment rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale 🤍 Merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel, nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir 🌴☀️

Everything! Great and helpful staff , abdel fattah in the reception was a great help ! Tuffan the chef, and everyone actually.

Little less leaf blowers in the garden please , makes a lot of noise 🙏

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Savoy. Great facilities, food was good and staff was the best service I have ever received. Definitely living up to their 5 stars. They went above and beyond and when I suggested they put allergin lists on the breakfast signs they thought I had made a complaint, the next day the chef brought out a full vegan feast for us. Spa was also fantastic, both massages and facials .

Pillows were not the comfiest, woke up with a stiff neck a few days. Seems to be a misunderstanding around what gluten free means. Both the signs and staff both tried to explain it means no eggs… it doesn’t. As suggested, allergin lists on the breakfast signs would be a lot more convenient then having to ask the Chef every day (even if he is very willing to help )
