Location is good!

Cleanliness: The toilet, especially, needs some equipment changed because of corrosion, like the shower taps, etc. The cleaners are not cleaning the toilet well, as I have to buy stuff like Hypo, Harpic, tissues, and handwash to make my stay a bit comfortable.

The location: fact that it is close to many fun areas.

Almost 8hrs without Power supply on Easter Day.

They were very kind enough to acommodate me last minute as I checked in quite late, the host was nice and the employee who received me was exceptional

i think a working desk in the one bedroom would be ideal, the bathroom was too small, and the state of the faucet wasn't the greatest. I think the pots in the kitchen should also be replaced as well as they are a bit too old. the cleaners also need to move the beds and furniture when they clean as the sides of the bed were very dirty.

Horrible customer service. When I areived at the property, they demanded that I make another payment in cash despite already making payment on booking.com
